What is an original artwork?
Every piece is hand-painted or hand-drawn by Brittany Gilliam and signed on the back. No two are exactly alike. Brittany retains the copyright to all original works, including those that have sold, and may produce prints of an image even after the original is in private collection.
Will my painting or drawing arrive rolled or ready to hang?
Paintings 24x36 inches and smaller arrive flat, stretched on canvas, and ready to hang. Paintings larger than 24x36 inches and all drawings are shipped rolled in a protective tube to keep them safe in transit. Rolled pieces arrive unframed and will need to be stretched or framed locally, which typically costs $50-$150. We're happy to recommend a framer.
How much is shipping, and how long will it take?
Shipping costs depend on the size of the piece and your location. Domestic orders typically arrive in 5-7 business days; international orders in 8-12 business days. Full rates and details are in our Shipping & Returns Policy.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties charged by your country, which are the buyer's responsibility.
What if my painting is damaged or lost in shipping?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos if your piece arrives damaged. If a package is lost in transit, we open a claim with the carrier and issue a refund right away rather than making you wait on the claim to resolve. Full details in our Shipping & Returns Policy.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final, original art is sold as-is. We don't accept returns for a change of mind, but if something arrives damaged or there's been an order error, we'll make it right. See our Shipping & Returns Policy for the full policy.

Can I use a photo of your artwork for my own use?
No. Images of original paintings and drawings on this site may not be downloaded, printed, or reused, even for personal use, without written permission. This applies even if you own the original piece. See our Copyright and Image Use page for details.

All payments are in USD.
